Description

We breed and market highland cattle on our family farm. Quality is very important to us, which is why our products are processed directly on the farm. The animals have to travel practically no distance, as we have our own slaughterhouse directly on the farm. This makes a significant contribution to the quality of our products. The meat of the 24 to 36-month-old Highland cattle is properly matured after in-house slaughter. The in-house slaughter takes place about once a month. Meat from Highland cattle is very tasty and contains considerably less fat and cholesterol than other types of meat, but is particularly high in valuable proteins.

In our restaurant you can choose from our specialties such as sausages, liver sausages, smoked meats and much more.
