Route description Wine Spirit Trail in Spitz

From the church square, we walk uphill along Rote Tor Gasse. At the last fork, we go left. Above the Pluris vineyard, we continue on the paved path directly between the vineyards and enjoy the magnificent view of the Danube and the parish church of Spitz. Now we march downhill on the left side of Hartberg and, at the end of the path in the Quitten district, follow the signs around Tausendeimerberg. The Hinterhaus ruin towers above the Danube valley, and perhaps a green lizard will appear! On the Danube side, we descend into the town.

Parking
