The Jauerling-Wachau Nature Park comprises the 7 nature park municipalities of Mühldorf, Spitz, Aggsbach, Emmersdorf, Weiten, Raxendorf and Maria Laach with a total area of 11,558 ha. How to get to the nature park area:

Arrival by car

  • From the A1 - Melk exit - over the Danube bridge in the direction of Wachau-Nordufer to the roundabout at Emmersdorf
  • From Vienna - A22 - S5 direction Krems - continue on the B3 to Spitz
  • From Zwettl - Gerungser Str. B38 - on Ottenschläger Str. B36 - via Pöggstaller Str. and Zwettler Str. - on Weitentaler Str. B216 - to Am Schuss

Public Arrival
